Our small Tassel Maker can embellish anything from home decor to clothing and other accessories. The small Tassel Maker makes 3 sizes: 1 3/16 in., 1 9/16 in., and 2 in. Also available in a larger size (Art. No 9941) which makes 5 sizes. Perfect when paired with our Handy Thread Twister (Art. No 9942)

Instructions:

1. Choose the desired size and adjust
2. Wind the thread.
3. Tie the center with cord
4. Insert the scissors in the groove and cut
5. Make the neck
6. Trim the ends to even them and you are done!
