1.1 Is there a retail Crochet Store?

Yes, we have a retail store at the wonderful Mall of America in Bloomington, MN that is open Monday-Sunday from 10:30am to 9:00pm.

2.1 Where is your shipping location for online orders?

We ship all online orders from our warehouse located in Eden Prarie, MN

2.2 How long does it take to ship my order?

We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment verification.

2.3 How do I know my order was shipped?

You can check the status of your order by logging on to your account and check your orders.

We will also email you any tracking information available once the order is shipped.

2.4 How are the yarns packaged?

We love yarn and we handle every piece with care. Your order will arrive in a package with enough space to keep your beautiful fibers and accesories in a perfect condition.

2.5 Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently ship only to addresses in the Continental U.S.
